🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead territory expansion strategy and identify growth channels.
• Hire, mentor, and elevate a team of Dealership Account Managers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key dealership partners.
• Drive field sales execution and ensure team hits volume targets.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in automotive lending, F&I, or indirect auto.
• 2+ years leading a field sales team.
• Proven track record of growing dealer production.
• Valid driver's license and willingness for six-day work week.

• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot.
