You'll own relationships with Zipline's key restaurant partners, launching and growing partnerships to drive business outcomes. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Zipline delivers exceeding value while influencing the product roadmap. This role offers a chance to shape the future of autonomous logistics.

  • Collaborate with partners to identify business objectives and develop strategies
  • Work cross-functionally to launch and expand Zipline's service to partners
  • Establish regular communication and lead quarterly business reviews
  • Gather customer insights and analyze data to identify growth opportunities
  • Advocate for customer needs to drive product and service improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, partner success, business development, or customer success
  • Experience owning and growing complex 8-figure strategic partnerships
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage non-standard partnerships
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment across senior stakeholders
