You'll lead a highly technical team responsible for Android platform security and device integrity for a mission-first credit provider serving emerging markets. Your core impact will be ensuring the Lock Platform remains secure, scalable, and tamper-resistant across diverse device ecosystems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate strategy into sprint-level outcomes and shipping reliably.
• Partner with Technical Lead and Product on Lock Platform design and evolution.
• Drive multi-quarter roadmap planning with operational excellence.
• Architect Android framework internals, AOSP modifications, and secure boot.
• Strengthen platform resilience against rooting, flashing, and exploit vectors.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Android platform development and security.
• Experience building or integrating MDM/EMM/OEMConfig solutions.
• Understanding of device attestation, secure provisioning, and tamper resistance.
• Experience leading teams delivering enterprise-grade Android platform solutions.
