Description

In this entry-level role, you will support mortgage loan closings by scheduling, sending disclosures, coordinating with borrowers and title partners, and reconciling post-disbursement documents to ensure a smooth closing process.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and overtime

Responsibilities

• Contact borrowers to confirm closing details
• Review loan files for disclosure receipt
• Send initial Closing Disclosures
• Update scheduling info in internal systems
• Reconcile signed Closing Disclosure with Final ALTA
