  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
  • Conduct regular executive business reviews
  • Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn
  • Provide tailored training and enablement sessions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing high-ARR enterprise accounts with senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills across multi-threaded initiatives
  • Experience in Life Sciences organizations preferred

  • Medical Affairs or Clinical experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare data platforms
