You'll serve as a strategic trusted advisor for H1's largest enterprise accounts in the life sciences industry. You'll own end-to-end customer relationships, driving adoption, retention, and growth. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge healthcare data and AI technology.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Conduct regular executive business reviews
- Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn
- Provide tailored training and enablement sessions
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing high-ARR enterprise accounts with senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills across multi-threaded initiatives
- Experience in Life Sciences organizations preferred

- Medical Affairs or Clinical experience
