🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain performance testing and load generation frameworks
• Define performance benchmarks and scalability best practices across teams
• Translate production usage patterns into optimization strategies and insights
• Build reusable tooling for proactive performance issue identification

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in performance or load testing
• Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Hands-on AWS or other cloud platform experience in production environments
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation and observability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PostgreSQL and query tuning
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
