You'll lead a team of forward deployed engineers on client projects, working alongside AI Transformation Leads. You'll own high-complexity projects end-to-end, from product design to delivery, in ambiguous environments. The role uses AI agents and coding assistants to make your whole team faster.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements and drive delivery
• Partner with AI Transformation Leads to deliver software
• Break hard engineering problems into shippable pieces
• Feed learnings back to the platform

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of software engineering experience
• Led a team of IC makers including dev, QA, and design
• Experience building applications from scratch
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agents and coding assistants like Claude Code or Codex
• Background at a consultancy or agency delivering client-facing work
• Exposure to design thinking or pre-sales
