💼 About This Role

You'll lead a Scrum team of .NET/React engineers building the next generation of the SolarWinds eCommerce platform. You'll own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing eCommerce experiences and drive engineering excellence with clean architecture and CI/CD. This role is ideal for an experienced manager who wants to impact purchasing flows for a global SaaS leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and grow a Scrum team of 5-8 engineers
• Provide technical direction with product management and architecture
• Own end-to-end delivery of secure, performant eCommerce experiences
• Drive engineering excellence: clean architecture, CI/CD, test automation
• Ensure production readiness: monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in professional software development on customer-facing web products
• 2+ years leading a software engineering team in Agile/Scrum
• Hands-on experience with .NET, React, and microservices
• Proven track record with CI/CD, test automation, and observability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in eCommerce, payments, billing, or subscriptions
• Exposure to micro-frontends and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Experience in multi-site or distributed engineering organization
