You'll assist in managing client campaigns for an out-of-home advertising specialist, supporting planning, buying, and reporting. You'll build strong relationships with clients and media vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role requires bilingualism and location in Montreal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with daily client management and campaign coordination.
• Track campaign start/end dates and request performance reports.
• Handle billing processes and communicate internally/externally.
• Support planning by collecting partner proposals and creating presentations.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high quality standards.
• Strong communication skills in French and English (bilingual).
• Experience in initiative-taking and informed decision-making.
