You'll build pipeline across Southeast Asia by creating high-quality conversations and turning interest into meetings. You'll partner with Account Executives to uncover business challenges and connect the right solutions. This role offers a defined SDR progression path and strong fundamentals in prospecting for future growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Generate pipeline by identifying target accounts and sourcing contacts.
- Create 5-10 meetings per week through consistent outbound prospecting.
- Improve meeting conversion rates by researching prospects and tailoring outreach.
- Support inbound follow-up by responding quickly to routed leads.
๐ Requirements
- Evidence of working toward measurable goals in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience in roles with direct communication and handling objections (e.g., customer service, sales).
- Examples of showing curiosity and critical thinking without perfect direction.
- Proof of learning fast and executing in a role requiring testing and improvement.
โจ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Additional language skills such as Bahasa, Tagalog, Malay, or Mandarin Chinese.
- Background in hospitality, retail, or real estate.
