You'll lead a high-performing team of account executives to acquire new enterprise and commercial logos across Australia and New Zealand, positioning Twilio's Customer Data Platform. Your impact will drive sales strategy and competitor displacement in the messaging, voice, and email space. This remote-first role offers cross-functional collaboration and significant travel for client engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead team to average 10 client meetings per week.
• Ensure 4 F2F client meetings per month.
• Engage with strategic customers to develop tailored plans.
• Drive account acquisition strategy to unseat competition.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for complex sales cycles.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience with 4 years in building teams and managing forecasting.
• Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Industry experience in selling CPaaS or SaaS and complex negotiations.
• Highly analytical and data-driven problem solver.
