You'll be a solution-oriented Field Maintenance Technician for a tech-enabled property service provider. You will own your work orders, manage budgets, and oversee comprehensive maintenance for properties in our portfolio. This role offers no on-call, a weekday schedule, and growth opportunities.

• Respond promptly to skilled maintenance and repair requests.
• Assist with scheduling and overseeing contractors.
• Purchase maintenance supplies as needed for properties.
• Perform preventive maintenance and comprehensive repairs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of property management maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry.
• Ability to manage independent work orders and budget time/materials.
• Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
