💼 About This Role

You'll join EverAI's growth team to execute high-volume paid acquisition campaigns across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google. Your core impact will be driving user acquisition from 50M to 100M users while optimizing campaign performance through data analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google
• Monitor campaign performance and flag anomalies using Voluum, GA4
• Prepare ad concepts and set up audience tests for scaling
• Pull and organize performance data for weekly reviews

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Understanding of major ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google
• Ability to quickly learn new software and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data/Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of basic online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA)
• Familiarity with GA4 or Voluum
• Experience in sensitive verticals like dating or telehealth
