Description

You will partner with go-to-market teams to provide financial expertise and guidance, analyze data, build models, and deliver insights to drive decisions on revenue goals, capacity planning, and marketing spend. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align GTM strategies with broader financial considerations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic finance, GTM finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into insights
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Comfortable communicating complex financial info to non-finance audiences
• Excitement for fast-paced, dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance to GTM stakeholders on strategies and resource allocation
• Partner cross-functionally to build financial models and recommend decisions on revenue goals and sales capacity planning
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and forecasts highlighting key trends and risks
• Collaborate with FP&A and accounting to align GTM with broader financial strategies
• Establish dashboards to track key operational and financial metrics
