You'll join ABC Legal Services, a national leader in service of process, as a Dispatch Coordinator with a sales focus. You'll ensure legal documents are delivered quickly and accurately while driving customer value and revenue. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor Skye task board to identify and assign aging unclaimed jobs
• Resolve missing customer information blockers for job claims
• Review unclaimed zip codes and collaborate with servers for coverage
• Maintain customer communication to manage expectations and promote renewals

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze information and escalate issues appropriately

• Experience with CRM or sales/ops tools
• Sales-mindedness and comfort with cross-selling
