Description

You will own the financial operating cadence, including forecasting and planning processes, act as a strategic partner to leadership, and build scalable financial infrastructure for a fast-growing robotics company. Your work will directly influence capital allocation and business strategy.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance
• Advanced modeling skills (complex models, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and operating drivers
• Comfortable adopting new tools and improving workflows through automation and AI assistance
• Clear communicator who can influence without authority and comfortable with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Own the company forecasting process (weekly outlooks, monthly forecast, annual plan, long-range model)
• Drive monthly business reviews and performance accountability across functional leaders
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM leadership to evaluate investments and pricing strategy
• Build and maintain the company operating model, scenario planning framework, and deep dive analyses
• Support preparation of Board and investor materials and improve reporting automation
