Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of operations experience (or 3 months for those with prior IT support)
  • Technical and analytical profile
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Completed high school; bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, in-person support to agents for CRM issues
  • Identify and communicate recurring problems to development teams
  • Act as first responder for critical CRM incidents
  • Perform preliminary analysis of reported incidents to filter and classify
  • Promote quality culture and proper ticket creation among agents
