Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of operations experience (or 3 months for those with prior IT support)
- Technical and analytical profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Completed high school; bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, in-person support to agents for CRM issues
- Identify and communicate recurring problems to development teams
- Act as first responder for critical CRM incidents
- Perform preliminary analysis of reported incidents to filter and classify
- Promote quality culture and proper ticket creation among agents
