You'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract and close top technical talent for a fast-growing cybersecurity startup. You'll own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design, driving strategy from sourcing to closing. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Source and engage technical candidates through creative outreach methods.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Design and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates.
- Ability to assess technical qualifications and have credible conversations with engineers.
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and closing.
