You'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract and close top technical talent for a fast-growing cybersecurity startup. You'll own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design, driving strategy from sourcing to closing. This high-impact role offers the chance to shape recruiting processes in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Source and engage technical candidates through creative outreach methods.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from screening to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Design and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates.
  • Ability to assess technical qualifications and have credible conversations with engineers.
  • Experience owning full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and closing.
