You'll develop and execute communication strategies for large‑scale federal transformations at Accenture Federal Services. You'll map stakeholder change journeys and lead engagement initiatives to enhance readiness, operating effectively in ambiguous environments while contributing to key decisions across teams.

• Visualize change journeys for stakeholder groups impacted by transformation
• Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance readiness
• Lead engagement initiatives and select appropriate techniques
• Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions across teams

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in change communications supporting large‑scale transformation
• Experience with journey management including mapping stakeholder change journeys
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence across multiple teams
• ADKAR Prosci Certification
• US Citizenship required

• Familiarity with Oracle EHR or Cerner Millennium implementations
• Experience selecting and applying a range of communication techniques
