You'll lead financial planning and analysis for Unity's FP&A team, supporting the transition to an AI token-based model. Your insights will drive strategic decisions across business units and executive leadership. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI tools and cross-functional impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly close, quarterly forecast, and annual planning
• Partner with business units to establish investment plans
• Report financial metrics and KPIs weekly and monthly
• Prepare materials for Executive meetings and earnings calls
• Improve FP&A systems and processes for automation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 2+ years in Strategy Consulting or Investment banking
• Expert-level financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Strong communication with executive presence

• Experience with AI tools like Claude or Copilot
• Interest in gaming and interactive 3D technology
