🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation of Tipalti's cloud-based accounts payable automation solution.
• Deliver exceptional service as a trusted advisor and advocate for each customer.
• Guide customers through technical integration, providing expert problem-solving assistance.
• Oversee project timelines, tasks, and development efforts to exceed expectations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with implementation, project management, or customer success with SaaS applications.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment.

• Hands-on experience implementing or integrating with ERP applications (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct).
• Accounts Payable and Procurement knowledge.
