You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for all roles at Nabis, the #1 cannabis wholesale platform, while strengthening candidate pipelines and employer branding. This contract role offers a path to full-time conversion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including posting, screening, and scheduling.
• Proactively source and pre-screen candidates for salaried roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and track recruiting metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.

• Experience in cannabis, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
• High-volume or operations-focused recruiting background.
