🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Manage apartment turnover process for timely leasing
• Execute preventative maintenance programs to preserve building value
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation and weekend work

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trades, facilities, or residential maintenance
• HVAC, EPA, or NAPE certification
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, and appliance repair
• Knowledge of OSHA and risk management
