You will partner with Account Executives to scope and validate technical solutions, support field sales with on-site demos, and ensure smooth handover to implementation teams. Your work directly impacts win rates, deal value, and customer expansion.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Lightspeed products and exceptional technical expertise
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with experience in sales
  • Ability to work autonomously and represent the company in customer-facing environments
  • Experience supporting field sales teams with on-site discovery and demonstrations
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape and ability to differentiate company offerings

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote field sales support with regular travel across North England and Midlands for on-site meetings and demos
  • Partner with Account Executives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions addressing customer requirements
  • Surface technical risks and dependencies early in sales cycle to protect deal value and improve forecasting
  • Act as technical contributor in GTM channels, providing product and integration guidance
  • Own RFP and RFI responses, coordinating inputs from Product, Security, Legal, and other teams
