Description

You'll manage corporate governance and securities processes, work on SEC filings, support M&A transactions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow. This role is critical to Lyft's growth and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years relevant legal experience in corporate governance and securities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Exceptionally organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, DocuSign

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international corporate subsidiaries including registrations, governance, and compliance
• Assist with SEC filings (Section 16, proxy, 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K) and board meeting materials
• Support M&A, financing, and strategic transactions with due diligence and deal documents
• Coordinate with stock administration on equity plan management
• Design and execute refined processes to support company growth
