💼 About This Role

You'll perform first-level root cause analysis and quality checks on autonomous vehicle data from public road and simulation testing. You'll work closely with engineering teams to improve triage outcomes and maintain safety standards. This role offers a direct impact on AV safety and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform Level 1 root cause analysis on test data from public roads, closed courses, and simulation.
• Partner with third-party triage contractors to improve quality and throughput.
• Drive issue identification, analysis, mitigation, and reporting lifecycle with system performance engineers.
• Categorize events, tag logs, and manage events on internal triage tooling.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in proprietary software tools and applications.
• Understanding of technical terminology regarding the software stack.
• Experience in data quality assurance.
• Experience with software engineering concepts including requirements analysis, source control, and build processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with issue tracking and configuration management tools (Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Git).
• Entry-level experience with Linux and scripting languages (Bash/Shell, Python).
• Data analysis experience and SQL.
