🎯 What You'll Do
- Maintain and organize HR documentation for compliance
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate pre-onboarding activities and candidate communication
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for smooth transitions
📋 Requirements
- Spanish and English proficiency (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail with documentation and employee data
- Organized mindset with ability to manage deadlines and multitask
- Strong communication and coordination skills
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience using HRIS or employee management systems
- Understanding of basic HR processes like onboarding and offboarding
- Previous administrative or HR internship experience
