🎯 What You'll Do

  • Maintain and organize HR documentation for compliance
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities and candidate communication
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for smooth transitions

📋 Requirements

  • Spanish and English proficiency (mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail with documentation and employee data
  • Organized mindset with ability to manage deadlines and multitask
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience using HRIS or employee management systems
  • Understanding of basic HR processes like onboarding and offboarding
  • Previous administrative or HR internship experience
