Requirements

North Dakota PE license
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
12+ years experience with public works and civil infrastructure projects (water, sewer, storm sewer, land development)
Proven ability to develop revenue-generating client relationships
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for the public works division
Lead division-level planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Drive quality, risk management, and safety compliance
Develop staff through mentoring, hiring, and performance management
Cultivate long-term client relationships in the ND public works market
