🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and architect scalable AI systems including AI agents and LLM integrations
• Build and deploy production-ready AI solutions integrated into operational processes
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define AI strategy and align with business goals
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI engineering team

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff Engineer or similar senior technical leadership role in AI
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, AI agents, and RAG systems
• Strong expertise in backend architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Fluency in both English and German is required
