💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary provider of direct services to guests at a live entertainment venue. You'll ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests from entry to exit. This role offers entry-level opportunities in the live events industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
• Operate coat check rooms and scan tickets
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption
• Assist ADA patrons and enforce venue policies

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods

• Previous experience in events

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
