💼 About This Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Head Start, you'll lead Family Services systems across DREAM's network. You'll build case management systems, train staff, and ensure families receive high-quality support. This role impacts student outcomes by embedding evidence-based practices in family engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale network-wide family case management systems
• Lead on-site family workshops and train staff to do so
• Establish metrics to monitor outcomes and drive improvement
• Coach and develop Family Social Workers across the network

📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or similar field
• 5+ years of case management and community services experience
• 2+ years of team and people leadership experience
• Experience coordinating services across a school network
