You'll assist with SEC filings and financial statement preparation for a construction technology company. Your work ensures timely, accurate, and compliant external reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy)
• Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Support earnings release and tie-out of financial information

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
• Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q
• Advanced Excel skills
