💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement fire protection systems for xAI's high-density supercomputing facilities, focusing on extreme power densities and liquid cooling. You'll own the protection strategy from concept through operations, ensuring reliability and code compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design fire protection systems including clean agent suppression and sprinklers
• Perform fire hazard analyses and CFD modeling for high-heat-flux GPU clusters
• Develop fire protection drawings, specifications, and sequences of operations
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, IBC, IFC, FM Global and local codes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection or Mechanical Engineering
• 1+ years of fire protection system design experience
• Data center or power generation facility experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hyperscale AI/HPC data centers
• Hands-on with clean agent systems (Novec 1230, FM-200)
