๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Research order history to recommend best resolutions
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Contact stakeholders to resolve cross-functional issues
- Navigate multiple software systems and vendor portals
๐ Requirements
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in your state
- Minimum 3 years pharmacy technician experience
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Phil Dashboard
โจ Nice to Have
- Prior authorization experience
- Internal candidates with 3+ months tenure
- High QA scores and attendance record
