💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end AP/AR operations at a global blockchain payments company, building automation-driven systems from the ground up. You'll partner with Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Treasury to operationalize billing across fiat and onchain streams. This role offers meaningful ownership to rebuild finance operations through AI and intelligent workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle AP and AR across fiat and digital asset transactions
• Build the AR function with standardized billing and collections workflows
• Evaluate and implement billing systems integrating APIs and ERP tools
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to reduce manual work

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of AP/AR or accounting operations experience
• Demonstrated experience improving finance processes through automation
• Strong ERP expertise (NetSuite or comparable)
• Experience managing AP/AR across fiat and digital asset transactions

✨ Nice to Have

• Web3, fintech, or crypto-native organization experience
• Familiarity with multi-entity structures and global operations
• Experience implementing billing or usage-based invoicing platforms
