💼 About This Role

You'll support the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) design and construction, developing criticality safety evaluations and NCS technical basis documents. Your work will ensure nuclear safety compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture at a vital national security site.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and peer-review Criticality Safety Evaluations (CSEs)
• Perform facility walkdowns and review implementing documents
• Resolve non-compliance in safety requirements
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the NCS program

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Able to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" Clearance
• Experience with DOE or commercial nuclear projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UPF or similar facilities
• Familiarity with NCSEs and NCSDs
• Strong coordination and communication skills
