💼 About This Role

You'll provide telemedicine consultations for prescription weight management using a custom EMR, supporting Ro's Body Program with GLP-1 treatment and coaching. Your core impact is expanding access to affordable, high-quality care for patients nationwide. This role combines clinical care with practice administration (~30%), including peer reviews and onboarding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct consultations via phone, video, or asynchronously
• Provide care using custom EMR: evaluate records, diagnose, prescribe
• Answer patient questions and provide high-quality counseling
• Contribute to practice administration (~30%) including audits and training

📋 Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• 2 years of post-residency experience
• Telemedicine experience and comfort with asynchronous care
• At least 10 active state medical licenses including CA, FL, NY, TX, GA

✨ Nice to Have

• Board certification in Obesity Medicine or eligible by 2026
• Experience with weight management / GLP-1 medication
• IMLC licensed or eligible
