You'll build the legal infrastructure for a high-growth AI energy startup that moves at startup speed. Your work directly enables the company's rapid scaling and strategic deals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support corporate governance for legal entities.
• Assist with equity administration and cap table.
• Support financing transactions (venture, debt, project).
• Draft and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• 4+ years of corporate legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Exposure to corporate governance, equity, and financing transactions.
• Strong generalist instincts and attention to detail.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior in-house experience at a venture-backed startup.
• Exposure to project finance, infrastructure, or energy transactions.
• Familiarity with equity compensation and cap table tools (e.g., Carta).
