💼 About This Role

You'll join Novisto's Customer Operations team to deliver expert carbon accounting guidance while leveraging our carbon data platform. Your work will ensure accurate carbon footprints for clients, driving positive environmental impact. You'll interact with co-founders and shape best practices in carbon accounting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage value delivery for customers including onboarding and data gathering
• Provide expert guidance on carbon and sustainability topics
• Join sales calls to demonstrate expertise and platform value
• Analyze and transform complex datasets to improve footprint accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a carbon advisory role
• Deep domain expertise in GHG protocol and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data visualization tools
