You'll join the CRM Engineering team at Airbnb to build a groundbreaking social platform that empowers local communities. You will shape the technical vision and deliver scalable solutions for community collaboration and engagement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive full development cycle from design to launch.
• Review code, design docs, and provide feedback on product specs.
• Contribute to team roadmap and technical direction.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of full software development experience.
• Proficient in Java / Kotlin / Scala / Ruby on Rails / Python.
• Passion for delivering products end-to-end with A/B testing.
• Exposure to architectural patterns of large-scale web applications.

• Experience building UX products.
• Collaboration with design and product partners.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or equivalent.
