You'll serve as the onsite lead for a primary care practice, ensuring operational excellence and a high-quality patient experience as part of the One Medical team, now backed by Amazon. You'll drive daily management, team performance, and patient satisfaction while supporting growth and change.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure operational readiness through team check-ins and task monitoring
• Provide team support through training, coaching, and mentoring
• Drive performance improvement via daily management and huddle facilitation
• Perform inventory management including ordering and supply tracking

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in customer service or patient-facing healthcare
• Proven ability to foster collaborative team dynamics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Successful completion of One Medical clinical training and state certifications within 6 months

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• Healthcare experience with billing and insurance knowledge
• Track record of leading change management and process improvement
