Description

You will own key HR operations including onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee support. You'll identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology like AI and automation to scale HR workflows, all while ensuring a first-class employee experience at a fast-growing software company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience processing multi-state US payroll
• Experience administering employee benefits programs
• Experience using automation tools, macros, or AI for HR operations
• U.S. based and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Processing multi-state US payroll and ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Administering employee benefits enrollments, life event changes, and invoice reconciliation
• Maintaining HR records, employee files, and data integrity within HR systems
• Coordinating employee onboarding including offer letters and HR system setup
• Improving HR workflows using macros, AI, and automation
