💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to offer targeted support to students. You'll help maintain classroom order and safety. You'll assist in managing behaviors and responding to emergencies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors
• Implement and maintain behavioral program policies
• Provide general supervision of students
• Respond to emergency situations

📋 Requirements

• At least 23 years of age
• Ability to work with high-risk special needs students
• Good driving record and willing to drive student van
• Ability to operate tactfully under stress

✨ Nice to Have

• Paraprofessional experience
• Security or Juvenile Justice background
• Military Veterans encouraged
