You'll oversee the adjuster licensing process across multiple jurisdictions and lead the complaint handling program to ensure timely, compliant outcomes. You'll be instrumental in evolving our compliance infrastructure by driving process improvements and transforming manual workflows into streamlined automated solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage adjuster licensing lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead end-to-end complaint handling and regulatory reporting
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation and controls
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field
• 3+ years of state and federal insurance claims regulations experience
• 3+ years of P&C insurance experience
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and automation initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
• GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) certifications
• Experience with workflow automation tools or licensing systems
