Description
You will manage and develop client relationships in the automotive financing sector, analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and support regional commercial strategies. You will monitor market trends, manage partner relationships, and drive sales programs to increase volume and profitability.
Requirements
- Higher education in Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, Marketing or related fields
- Proven commercial experience in the automotive segment with direct relationships with dealerships and partners
- Experience in portfolio management including performance analysis and action plans
- Ability to read automotive market trends and competitive behavior
- Active driver's license (CNH B) and own vehicle for travel and commercial visits
Responsibilities
- Evaluate sales reports, metrics, and performance indicators to identify deviations and opportunities
- Monitor automotive market trends and competitor movements to support commercial decisions
- Manage partner and client portfolios ensuring service rhythm and relationship evolution
- Structure and support sales programs with partners to increase volume and conversion
- Maintain constant interaction with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Operations) and commercial partners
