💼 About This Role

You'll provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, collaborating with a care team. Your work helps clients improve communication, swallowing, and quality of life while staying safely at home. You'll enjoy supportive mentorship and meaningful patient relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit clients in their homes across assigned area
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing challenges
• Create and adjust personalized care plans
• Document visits using EMR system

📋 Requirements

• Active SLP license in Arizona
• Graduate of an ASHA-accredited speech-language pathology program
• Comfort with basic technology and documentation systems
