You'll partner with engineering leaders to define hiring strategies and build high-quality candidate pipelines. This role mentors other recruiters to raise the bar for recruiting excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through closing
  • Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements and search strategies
  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines including passive candidates
  • Manage interview process for clear communication and fast feedback
  • Uplevel the recruiting team through mentoring and sharing best practices

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years in recruiting with at least 3 years in technical recruiting
  • Experience partnering with VP or C-suite hiring stakeholders
  • Data-driven, process-oriented, and strong communication skills
  • Passionate about candidate experience and building high-performing teams

  • Experience as the most-tenured recruiter on a team
