You'll partner with engineering leaders to define hiring strategies and build high-quality candidate pipelines. This role mentors other recruiters to raise the bar for recruiting excellence.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through closing
- Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements and search strategies
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines including passive candidates
- Manage interview process for clear communication and fast feedback
- Uplevel the recruiting team through mentoring and sharing best practices
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years in recruiting with at least 3 years in technical recruiting
- Experience partnering with VP or C-suite hiring stakeholders
- Data-driven, process-oriented, and strong communication skills
- Passionate about candidate experience and building high-performing teams
