Description
You will lead and develop multi-disciplinary media analytics teams, delivering high-quality analytics solutions for a large book of business. You will drive best practices, manage team scoping and staffing, and evolve the analytics commercial offering, while working hands-on to ensure projects meet objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with measurement frameworks (conversion, attention, audience, brand health)
- Experience with econometric models (media mix, digital optimization, brand health)
- Knowledge of media ecosystems (DMP, AMP, CDP) and addressable activation tools
- Expertise in attribution models and creative/brand evaluation tools
- 15+ years managing a multi-disciplinary analytics team preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead definition of digital media best practices globally
- Manage regional office analytics team including hiring, development, retention
- Oversee team scoping and staffing with media planning teams
- Evolve US analytics commercial offering, capabilities, and tools
- Work with key clients to provide consulting and thought leadership
