Description

You will lead and develop multi-disciplinary media analytics teams, delivering high-quality analytics solutions for a large book of business. You will drive best practices, manage team scoping and staffing, and evolve the analytics commercial offering, while working hands-on to ensure projects meet objectives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with measurement frameworks (conversion, attention, audience, brand health)
  • Experience with econometric models (media mix, digital optimization, brand health)
  • Knowledge of media ecosystems (DMP, AMP, CDP) and addressable activation tools
  • Expertise in attribution models and creative/brand evaluation tools
  • 15+ years managing a multi-disciplinary analytics team preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead definition of digital media best practices globally
  • Manage regional office analytics team including hiring, development, retention
  • Oversee team scoping and staffing with media planning teams
  • Evolve US analytics commercial offering, capabilities, and tools
  • Work with key clients to provide consulting and thought leadership
