You'll join the VPN Infrastructure team to design and maintain robust systems that keep millions connected even in restrictive environments. You'll fight censorship worldwide by engineering resilient automation and monitoring. This role offers ownership of critical infrastructure at a privacy-focused, independent company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee and optimize global network of thousands of servers
• Design automation systems ensuring 99.95%+ uptime
• Serve on-call rotation troubleshooting complex network challenges
• Develop sophisticated monitoring and alerting systems

📋 Requirements

• Linux expertise including NFtables, networking, kernel tuning
• Ansible or similar infrastructure as code experience
• Python proficiency for automation and scripts
• Monitoring experience with VictoriaMetrics and Grafana

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of UDP/TCP/IP protocols and optimization
• Experience implementing OpenVPN and WireGuard
• Knowledge of cryptography concepts and PKI
