Description

You will lead a team of DevOps engineers to build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable cloud and Kubernetes platforms across AWS, GCP, and private cloud at Payoneer. You'll combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, overseeing infrastructure automation and mentoring your team to deliver reliably in a large-scale, regulated environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership in a large-scale environment
• 5+ years running production workloads on private cloud, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
• Proficiency in container orchestration with Kubernetes and configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible)
• Scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Bash, or Python

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers building cloud and Kubernetes platforms across AWS, GCP, and private cloud
• Oversee team's deliverables, design, and architecture for infrastructure automation
• Coach and mentor team members for professional growth and goal achievement
• Create and maintain pipelines and automation strategies
• Handle technical challenges like performance, scale, security, and live production issues
